Vino Nobile di Montepulciano D.O.C.G. "I Quadri" - Cru

Broad and embracing on the nose, with hints of black berries as well as spicy and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is fruity and full-bodied with intense tannins. Perfectly paired with red meats, roasts, g ame and mature cheeses.

Serve at 20° C

Vinification
In stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 25-28° C, maceration on the skins for approximately 20 days.

Maturation and ageing
18-20 months in French oak casks and 12 months in the bottle.
