Rosso di Montepulciano DOC

The “Rosso di Montepulciano” declines this historical denomination in his purest expression, without adding or concentrating, but subtracting something.
We have lightly increased the number of bunches per stump, left the utilisation from the wood in winery,
preferring to use amphorae in Terracotta, Cocciopesto and not vitrified Cement, freeing the original fruit from the “Sangiovese” cultivated in our lands.
The red is of a brilliant and vivacious ruby, the aromatic outline is immediate, grasses of field and wet stone. The mouth is marked by flowers and wild fruits and is juicy, with a fresh mineral final.
