A young wine able to give prominence to the beauty of the territory and to the elegance of the Sangiovese. It is born from the same grapes destined to the production of the “Vino Nobile” di Montepulciano.

The refinement happens in durmast bangs for 4 months, follows then the refinement in bottle for further 2 months.
Grapes:
80% Sangiovese, 20% Merlot
Vinification and refinement:
The processes of fermentation and soaking happen for a duration of 15-20 days in steel reservoirs to the temperature of 26°-28°C. The drawing off wine happens then with natural lowering of the temperature of the wine to 18°-20°C to allow the start of the malolactic fermentation. The refinement happens in bangs of durmast with 35 hl for 6 months.

Organoleptic characteristics:
Red colour , intense ruby, perfume spiced, good intensity to the nose.
Marked and pleasant character, excellent body; an elegant wine.

18°-20°C
Coupling:
Ideal with the first plates as the risotto and the dough, I adapt to one wide variedness of second compound plates be at meats white which red.
Ageing ability:
4-6 years
