During the fining tradition give prominence to the range of temperature Winter/Summer.
TASTING NOTES In the glass it is presented with a beautiful amber color. The olfactory examination has notes that recall wood and vanilla, passing through aromatic and medicinal herbs; then more fruity nuances take over. In the mouth it is very soft, rich and velvety, with an excellent persistence.
PAIRINGS Excellent with foie gras and with different types of blue cheese, it is perfect also to accompany different desserts or even alone, as a meditation wine. It gives its best with dry pastries.
