Color: Intense straw yellow.
Pairing: It goes well with risottos and pasta with delicate seasonings, fish dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses. Serve at 8/10 °C. Taste-olfactory test: Broad and expressive, with intense hints of passion fruit, broom and currant. Good structure and pleasant acidity.
